| Process | Key Management Points |
|---|---|
| Dry Film Storage | • Storage environment: Indoor, dry, and cool, protected from direct light. (Temperature and humidity: record data.) • Recommended conditions: 5–20°C, ≤60% RH (at 20°C) • During storage, keep the dry film rolls placed horizontally. • Dry film should be used under yellow light or equivalent safe lighting. |
| Lamination | • Operating environment: 23 ± 2°C, 60 ± 10% RH, cleanliness ≤10,000 (cleanroom) • Substrate surface temperature before lamination: 40–60°C • Lamination roller temperature: 110 ± 10°C; roller pressure: 0.3–0.5 MPa • Lamination speed: 2–3 m/min • Lamination roller replacement frequency: 4 times/year. (Pay attention to uneven roller pressure, rubber aging, scratches, deformation, and other conditions.) • Use pressure-sensitive paper to check pressure uniformity. Replace the roller immediately if the pressure is uneven. • Clean the areas around the laminating roller and cutting blade once per shift. |
| Post-Lamination Management | • Standing time: 5 minutes–4 days (23 ± 2°C, under yellow light) • After lamination, the substrate must be placed vertically. |
